GTM Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design and create the lifecycle outreach infrastructure for the company, facilitating scalable customer acquisition and engagement.

• Develop automated pipelines that transform product signals, user activity, and data sources into qualified outreach opportunities.

• Implement and enhance multi-channel outreach systems (including email, LinkedIn, developer communities, etc.).

• Integrate tools and APIs throughout the growth stack (such as CRM, data platforms, automation tools, and internal systems).

• Collaborate with sales and growth teams to refine lead qualification, segmentation, and targeting strategies.

• Create systems that support rapid experimentation and iteration on messaging, outreach strategies, and conversion funnels.

• Monitor and assess outreach performance, continually enhancing systems for efficiency and scalability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong technical expertise with the capability to work with APIs, automation tools, and data pipelines.

• Experience in building or managing growth automation, outbound systems, or lifecycle marketing infrastructure.

• Solid grasp of relational databases and data workflows.

• Comfortable utilizing GitHub and developer tooling environments.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with customers in near-native English.

• Proficient in translating product signals and data insights into go-to-market strategies and outreach workflows.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a comfort for working in fast-paced startup settings.

• Experience in developer tools, AI infrastructure, or SaaS startups.

• Background in growth engineering, sales engineering, or revenue operations.

• Experience with data enrichment, scraping, or signal-based prospecting systems.

• Familiarity with AI ecosystems, LLM tooling, or developer communities.
