GTM Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Signal Engineering: Identify high-intent signals (such as hiring, technological changes, and social intent) utilizing Clay, custom scrapers, and LLMs to support BDRs and marketing teams.

• Revenue Architecture: Oversee the bi-directional data flow between HubSpot, Clay, and HockeyStack while accurately mapping fields and ensuring tracking through GTM.

• Growth Intelligence: Develop predictive lead scoring, recognize buying centers, and enhance AI credit usage using intelligent caching logic.

• The "Signal Factory": Leverage Clay and Claude to create workflows that validate unreliable data and discover specific criteria that standard filters might overlook.

• ABX Logic at Scale: Create logic for ABX motions utilizing Clay for specialized scraping and Claude to classify companies based on intricate criteria.

• Perfect Moment Timing: Utilize HockeyStack behavioral data to initiate automated BDR alerts when accounts exhibit activity spikes.

• AI Efficiency: Design workflows to optimize AI credit consumption while ensuring the freshness of the database.

• Agentic Enablement: Develop AI agents that research companies and prepare personalized briefings for Account Executives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience: 3-5 years in Revenue Operations, Growth Engineering, or Marketing Operations within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.

• Tool Expertise: Advanced proficiency in HubSpot (Sales and Marketing Hubs) alongside a strong familiarity with Clay, Make.com, or Zapier.

• Technical Skills: Practical experience with web scraping, API integrations, and LLMs (Claude, OpenAI) for processing unstructured data.

• Analytics Proficiency: Demonstrated success in managing Google Tag Manager setups and attribution tools like HockeyStack or Dreamdata.

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field (non-technical degrees with proven RevOps implementation are also welcome).

• Analytical Mindset: Strong capability to analyze data sets and identify trends, signals, and correlations that drive pipeline growth.

• Systems Thinking: A "T-Shaped" builder who finds manual processes frustrating and thinks in "If-This-Then-That" logic.
