GTM Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Take charge of and optimize the GTM stack, including CRM (HubSpot), enrichment, sequencing, dialers, intent, enablement, and CPQ tools.

• Assess new tools and drive decisions regarding building, buying, or integrating solutions.

• Ensure seamless integrations, dependable data flows, and eliminate redundant fields, broken syncs, and inactive workflows.

• Create comprehensive automated workflows throughout the GTM lifecycle (lead → enrichment → routing → sequencing → handoff → renewal).

• Develop agentic AI workflows that prompt next-best actions across Sales, CX, and Marketing teams.

• Design multi-step, AI-assisted automations utilizing tools such as Clay, n8n, Make, Zapier, and APIs to reduce manual tasks.

• Maintain CRM integrity as the sole source of truth (field standards, lifecycle mapping, deduplication, ownership rules).

• Construct automated pipelines for enrichment, scoring, routing, and ensure robust data governance throughout GTM.

• Create dashboards and analyze funnel metrics (conversion, velocity, churn, attribution) to generate insights and aid in forecasting.

• Serve as the technical liaison between RevOps and GTM teams, translating business requirements into scalable systems.

• Conduct discovery sessions to pinpoint workflow gaps and transform them into automation solutions.

• Document workflows, integrations, and logic in a shared runbook to ensure scalability and continuity.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience: 3–5 years in GTM Engineering, RevOps, MarkOps, or Sales Ops with a strong technical focus.

• GTM Stack: Practical experience with HubSpot (essential); familiarity with Salesforce is advantageous.

• Tooling Depth: Experience in enrichment (Clay required, Apollo, ZoomInfo), sequencing (Outreach, Instantly, Smartlead), automation (Make, n8n, Zapier), intent data (G2, Bombora, Factors.ai), and BI tools (Looker, Metabase, Sheets).

• AI Workflows: Demonstrated experience in developing agentic or AI-driven workflows (prompt-chained, tool-integrated, autonomous systems).

• Technical Skills: Proficient understanding of APIs, webhooks, and basic scripting (JavaScript/Python); strong SQL skills for analysis and reporting.

• Mindset: High curiosity regarding AI (projects, experiments, builds), meticulous attention to detail, and low tolerance for poor data quality.

• Communication: Excellent writing skills with the ability to document workflows and collaborate across teams.

• Ownership: Self-motivated individual who identifies issues, develops solutions, and implements them without waiting for perfect specifications.
