This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
• Develop the outbound engine utilizing Clay
• Design and oversee tables for Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) accounts, personas, and enrichment
• Integrate various data sources into actionable datasets
• Transform static account lists into dynamic, signal-driven targeting systems
• Foster community engagement and distribute content effectively
• Build and connect with relevant communities where target users are active
• Identify and activate channels such as LinkedIn, niche data communities, and operator groups
• Assist in content distribution to enhance awareness and generate inbound interest
• Aid in content and video production
• Collaborate with Marketing to convert product features and use cases into clear, concise content
• Contribute to lightweight content creation such as demos, explainers, and short videos
• Help translate outbound insights into scalable content that enhances messaging and engagement
• Manage data enrichment and signals
• Integrate enrichment providers and external data sources
• Incorporate intent, behavioral, and trigger-based signals
• Establish scoring logic based on fit, timing, and engagement
• Design outbound workflows and automation processes
• Create workflows across CRM systems, sequencing tools, and automation platforms
• Enable programmatic outbound with personalized approaches at scale
• Minimize manual SDR tasks while enhancing quality and consistency
• Facilitate personalization at scale
• Leverage structured data and AI tools to support relevant outbound communication
• Integrate account-level context into outreach sequences
• Support SDRs with research and execution tasks
• Own the pipeline infrastructure
• Define the transition of accounts from target to engaged, to meeting, to pipeline
• Ensure clean routing, tracking, and prioritization of leads
• Support rapid lead response and coordination between inbound and outbound efforts
• Conduct experiments to enhance performance
• Collaborate across the Go-To-Market (GTM) teams
• Work closely with Demand Generation, SDRs, Sales, and Product Marketing
• Align targeting, messaging inputs, and execution strategies.
• Serve as the technical backbone for outbound and pipeline generation
• Experience as a GTM Engineer, Growth Engineer, RevOps Engineer, or in a highly technical growth or operations position within B2B SaaS
• Proficient hands-on experience with Clay or comparable tools
• Solid understanding of outbound strategies and pipeline generation
• Strong sense of ownership and capability to execute swiftly from concept to implementation
• Comfortable working with CRM systems, sequencing tools, enrichment platforms, and automation layers
• Skillful in working with APIs, integrations, or no-code tools
