This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Develop and enhance AI-driven workflows and agents utilizing Salesforce Agentforce.
• Create Salesforce solutions leveraging Flow, Apex, custom objects, permissions, APIs, and other platform functionalities.
• Design and execute scalable solutions based on object-oriented programming principles.
• Build integrations and automations throughout Salesforce and the GTM stack using Workato and Zapier.
• Utilize Claude Code and other AI development tools for prototyping, building, testing, and troubleshooting solutions.
• Connect systems and data through APIs, webhooks, middleware, and native integrations.
• Collaborate directly with GTM teams to comprehend processes and convert recurring challenges into technical solutions.
• Implement enrichment and signal-detection tools such as Clay or similar platforms.
• Design and oversee signal-based and buyer-trigger analytics, including opportunity scoring and routing.
• Develop and maintain data models and scoring layers for customer propensity, ICP attribution, and lead and account scoring.
• Support AI applications across prospecting, account research, pipeline management, quoting, customer success, support, renewals, and internal knowledge sharing.
• Test and monitor agents and automations to ensure reliability, security, and correct functionality.
• Diagnose Salesforce, Agentforce, integrations, automation logic, permissions, and data-related issues.
• Document and communicate developed solutions for ongoing maintenance and enhancement.
• Engage in sprint planning, technical design, testing, releases, and post-launch iterations.
• Evaluate improvements in user adoption, efficiency, data quality, and overall business results.
• A minimum of three years of experience in GTM Engineering, Salesforce, Business Systems, Revenue Operations Systems, or a comparable technical role.
• Strong practical experience with Salesforce, including Flow, data modeling, permissions, APIs, automation, and production support.
• Proven development expertise and comprehension of object-oriented programming concepts such as classes, inheritance, and modular design.
• Experience in building or configuring solutions with Salesforce Agentforce.
• Hands-on experience creating automations and integrations using Workato and Zapier.
• Familiarity with integrating Salesforce with other business systems via APIs, webhooks, and middleware.
• Working knowledge of JSON, REST APIs, authentication, data mapping, and integration troubleshooting.
• Experience with Apex, Python, JavaScript, or another object-oriented language used to extend low-code platforms.
• Understanding of the operations of Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other GTM teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a knack for navigating ambiguous requirements.
