This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.
• Develop high-quality B2B lead lists tailored to Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), industries, company sizes, job titles, locations, technologies, signals, and various targeting parameters.
• Utilize **Clay** for the creation, enrichment, cleansing, and organization of prospect data that is ready for campaigns.
• Conduct research on companies, decision-makers, competitors, and market segments for global B2B clients.
• Identify relevant contacts through LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Apollo, company websites, databases, and additional lead generation resources.
• Enrich leads with valuable information including emails, LinkedIn profiles, company specifics, technology stacks, funding details, hiring signals, and other pertinent data.
• Verify and cleanse data to minimize bounce rates and enhance the quality of outbound campaigns.
• Assist GTM Strategists and Campaign Managers with account research and audience development.
• Create reusable lead generation workflows and propose innovative methods to automate research and enrichment processes.
• Clearly organize data in Clay, Google Sheets, CSV formats, or other CRM-compatible structures.
• Aid in discovering new niches, targeting strategies, and prospecting opportunities for client campaigns.
• Solid hands-on experience with **Clay** — this is a necessity.
• Demonstrated experience in B2B lead generation, list creation, data enrichment, or GTM data operations.
• Strong understanding of ICPs, buyer personas, targeting criteria, and requirements for outbound campaigns.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other lead sourcing tools.
• Proficient in Google Sheets / Excel.
• Capable of researching companies and contacts beyond superficial information.
• Keen attention to detail and high standards for data quality.
• Ability to work autonomously and consistently meet deadlines.
• Proficient written English skills.
