GTM Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Identify and prioritize opportunities for automation and AI within the GTM, RevOps, Sales, and Operations teams.

• Develop and integrate AI-driven tools utilizing LLMs, APIs, and automation platforms.

• Work with a variety of data formats.

• Serve as an internal consultant for AI initiatives.

• Assess and incorporate third-party AI tools and services.

• Oversee and enhance the agent fleet.

• Keep abreast of trends in LLMs, AI tools, and automation.

• Collaborate with RevOps leadership to define the AI and automation strategy.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience.

• Practical experience with LLMs, automation platforms (such as n8n, Zapier, Make), or custom Python/JavaScript scripts.

• Proficient in Python or JavaScript.

• Strong grasp of business requirements and the application of AI and automation to fulfill them.

• Results-oriented mindset.

• Proactive and resourceful.

• Effective communicator.

• Excellent written and asynchronous communication skills in a remote work setting.
