This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sri Lanka.
• Define and continually enhance ideal customer profiles across various industries, ecosystems, and business models.
• Identify significant pain points, purchasing triggers, and high-conversion use cases.
• Create account scoring models utilizing firmographic, technographic, behavioral, and intent-based signals.
• Test and refine targeting hypotheses based on real-world insights.
• Establish workflows to convert raw market data into prioritized target account lists.
• Source and organize data from web signals, technology stacks, and enrichment tools.
• Recognize patterns across platforms, tools, and behaviors that suggest a strong fit or intent.
• Develop prioritization frameworks to direct outbound efforts and allocate resources effectively.
• Design and implement outbound strategies through email, LinkedIn, and other pertinent channels.
• Create personalization systems based on significant business signals rather than generic templates.
• Convert data insights into persuasive messaging angles connected to genuine customer pain points.
• Develop and improve sequencing, messaging logic, and testing frameworks.
• Construct and maintain automated workflows across data sources, CRMs, and outreach tools.
• Integrate APIs, enrichment platforms, and internal systems into a cohesive GTM architecture.
• Manage the entire lifecycle from prospect identification to qualified opportunity via automation.
• Continuously enhance the efficiency, speed, and scalability of GTM processes.
• Launch experiments swiftly and refine strategies based on performance data.
• Balance speed with usability, ensuring that outputs are readily adopted by the wider team.
• Operate autonomously with minimal guidance in a dynamic environment.
• Clearly document systems and workflows to ensure scalability and continuity.
• Experience: 2–6 years in growth, marketing, RevOps, automation, or technical roles, with a proven track record of developing systems or workflows that generate pipeline or enhance targeting. Non-traditional backgrounds are accepted if substantiated by evidence of output.
• Systems & Problem-Solving: Strong capability to deconstruct ambiguous issues, identify patterns, and translate them into structured, scalable systems.
• Automation & Technical Fluency: Practical experience with automation tools, APIs, data workflows, or scripting, along with the ability to connect tools into functional systems.
• GTM & Outbound Understanding: Solid grasp of outbound fundamentals, including targeting, messaging, sequencing, and conversion dynamics.
• Data & Research Skills: Proficiency in gathering, structuring, and interpreting data from various sources to inform decision-making and prioritization.
• Execution Mindset: An inclination towards action with the capability to build, test, and iterate quickly in fast-paced settings.
• Communication: Excellent written communication skills, especially in translating insights into effective outbound messaging.
