This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Take ownership of and manage HubSpot as the main CRM for the company, including pipeline setup, custom properties, workflow automation, and reporting for both seller targets and buyer clients.
• Create and develop Clay workflows to identify, enrich, and qualify seller targets by utilizing firmographic, ownership, and intent signals, rather than relying on manual research.
• Construct and enhance outbound sequences in Instantly, focusing on domain infrastructure, email warmup, deliverability monitoring, and large-scale personalization.
• Formulate lead scoring models and ICP filters that highlight the highest-probability targets for the deal team.
• Automate CRM maintenance across all platforms, ensuring no duplicates, stale records, or manual imports.
• Develop reporting dashboards that provide leadership with clear insights into pipeline health, outreach effectiveness, and deal velocity.
• Oversee and enhance integrations across the GTM stack utilizing tools such as Zapier, n8n, Apollo, and similar solutions.
• Thoroughly document every system and workflow to enable the team to operate independently.
• Collaborate with leadership to pinpoint and implement AI-driven automation opportunities.
• 4 to 7 years of experience in GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations, or Growth Operations within a B2B setting.
• Practical experience in HubSpot administration, including actual pipeline architecture, workflow logic, and reporting builds.
• Hands-on experience with Clay, specifically in creating multi-step enrichment workflows independently, rather than using pre-built templates.
• Demonstrated ability to construct outbound infrastructure from the ground up: domain setup, warmup processes, sequencing, and deliverability management.
• Solid understanding of CRM architecture, lead lifecycle management, and data governance principles.
• Familiarity with API integrations and webhook logic.
• Ability to work directly with founders and executive stakeholders comfortably.
• Strong written English skills, as you will be communicating directly with the deal team.
• Remote position, must reside in Latin America.
• Full-time engagement.
• Significant overlap with U.S. business hours is required.
