This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Drive new bookings.
• Create integrations and automated workflows that guide prospects through the sales funnel.
• Eliminate friction from the buyer's journey, from the initial touchpoint to closing the deal.
• Develop scalable outbound efforts that maintain a personal touch through enriched sequences, intent-triggered interactions, and AI-enhanced personalization, ensuring every message resonates.
• Establish scoring and signal workflows that highlight the right opportunities at the optimal time and log that context back into Salesforce, enabling representatives to prioritize effectively before accessing their CRM.
• Provide Customer Success and account management representatives with more time by automating the manual tasks that consume their capacity: renewal alerts, health-score updates, expansion notifications, follow-up sequences, and customer-facing status reports.
• Streamline the post-sale experience.
• Develop workflows that assist representatives in closing deals faster: generating demo presentations from call recordings, automating deal-room processes, and assembling follow-up materials on demand.
• Ensure systems remain synchronized and that automated decisions are based on accurate data—while understanding where human judgment is necessary in the process.
• Take ownership of your creations. Deliver work that is maintainable, well-documented, and designed for scalability. Conduct rigorous experiments: launch, measure, refine. Document successful strategies to allow the team to build on successes rather than repeat errors.
• Integrate security, access, and governance considerations from the outset, accurately defining permissions with IT to facilitate rapid project progression and ensure clean delivery.
• Engineering & integration — You are proficient with APIs and REST integrations, capable of scripting in Python and/or JavaScript, and adept at developing automations that operate reliably in a production environment, not merely prototypes.
• CRM building — You possess the ability to build within Salesforce or HubSpot, rather than just configure them, and you comprehend their permission and security frameworks.
• Agentic AI & automation — You have created workflows driven by LLMs that perform substantive tasks—such as scoring, summarization, signal detection, and updating CRM records—and recognize when AI adds value as opposed to complexity.
• Enrichment & data orchestration — You have experience working with enrichment, intent, and orchestration platforms (e.g., Clay, ZoomInfo, Hockeystack, Hightouch, or similar) and know how to leverage that data to drive outbound efforts and routing that effectively prompt representative action.
• Revenue & GTM sense — You understand the operations of B2B revenue teams: the flow of deals, points of stagnation, and the needs of representatives versus their requests. You collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience to determine future development priorities.
• Security, access & governance — You can engage in meaningful discussions with IT regarding OAuth scopes, connector permissions, and access governance — accurately assessing risk and securing project approvals rather than delays.
• Preferred SQL or BI experience: capable of extracting funnel data, identifying pipeline leaks, and using insights to inform future development choices.
• Familiarity with deal-room tools and a clear understanding of where friction occurs in both new business and post-sale processes.
