This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Design and oversee comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) systems that integrate CRM, marketing, product, and data infrastructure.
• Create streamlined lead flows and scalable data pipelines ensuring precise attribution.
• Strategically map, track, and enhance the complete revenue funnel from customer acquisition to conversion.
• Utilize SQL queries to evaluate performance, segment data, and troubleshoot funnel challenges.
• Develop insightful dashboards that guide revenue and growth strategies.
• Establish and uphold automated processes for lead routing, scoring, enrichment, and lifecycle management.
• Connect tools and systems via APIs, webhooks, and automation platforms like Zapier and Make.
• Detect and address funnel drop-offs to boost conversion rates at various stages.
• Harmonize marketing, sales, and product data into a cohesive reporting framework.
• Design and execute experiments such as landing pages and onboarding flows, iterating based on outcomes.
• Ensure CRM data integrity, governance standards, and consistent tracking.
• Collaborate across departments to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Enhance systems and processes to elevate key metrics such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), and pipeline velocity.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent, hands-on experience in GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations, or Growth Systems.
• Demonstrated ability to design, manage, and optimize complete revenue funnels.
• Proficient SQL skills for data segmentation, cohort analysis, and funnel diagnostics.
• Experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce or HubSpot, and marketing automation tools.
• Familiarity with contemporary data stack tools such as Segment, Snowflake, and Google Analytics.
• Practical experience with automation tools like Zapier and Make, as well as API integrations.
• Strong understanding of attribution models and experimental design (e.g., A/B testing, basic statistics).
• Basic scripting skills in Python or JavaScript for automation and data workflows.
• A strong systems-thinking approach focused on scalability and operational efficiency.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts for business stakeholders.
