This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.
• Develop and enhance go-to-market systems and workflows throughout sales and marketing funnels
• Oversee and refine CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) along with their integrations
• Create and sustain automated lead generation systems for both outbound and inbound strategies
• Evaluate funnel performance and deliver actionable insights to boost conversion rates
• Implement and manage various tools, including sequencing platforms, enrichment tools, and analytics dashboards
• Collaborate with SDRs, AEs, and Marketing teams to enhance the effectiveness of campaigns
• Take ownership of data hygiene, segmentation, and reporting across GTM systems
• Conduct experiments (A/B testing, messaging optimization, targeting strategies)
• Assist revenue operations with forecasting, attribution, and pipeline tracking
• Must Have
• - 3–4+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, RevOps, Sales Ops, or Growth Engineering
• - Strong hands-on experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce)
• - Experience with outbound tools (e.g., Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft, Lemlist)
• - Proficiency in data analysis (Google Sheets, Excel, SQL is a plus)
• - Familiarity with APIs, integrations (Zapier, Make), and workflow automation
• - Understanding of B2B SaaS sales funnels and lead generation strategies
• - Experience collaborating with SDRs and sales teams in a high-growth setting
• - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
• - Excellent communication abilities and meticulous attention to detail
