This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Construct and sustain AI-driven pipeline generation infrastructure, which includes monitoring property triggers from external data sources, developing account and building scoring models, and automating outreach to convert signals into a pipeline ready for representatives.
β’ Design and manage a library of role-specific AI agents and prompt templates, such as post-call summaries, personalized outreach, next-best-action strategies, and deal coaching, while overseeing the prompt engineering and ensuring the reliability of the agent infrastructure at scale.
β’ Create and develop internal tools for representatives and operators that provide the Sales team with self-service access to intelligence and accelerate workflows.
β’ Examine Salesforce data, call transcripts, pipeline trends, and conversion signals to pinpoint areas where revenue constraints are most severe and identify which automation investments will yield the greatest impact; leverage these insights to establish the automation roadmap, evaluate the efficacy of new implementations, and foster a continuous improvement cycle between development and performance.
β’ Manage the intelligence layer accessible to representatives, which includes a natural language query interface granting self-service access to pipeline data, and a conversational intelligence pipeline that integrates Gong signals into CRM fields and highlights actionable insights from call activities.
β’ Ensure the integrity of GTM data across the Sales stack, making sure Salesforce accurately reflects activities, opportunity stages are adhered to before forecast discrepancies arise, and conflicts in account and building ownership are identified and resolved in real time.
β’ Oversee the integration and data quality relationships that ensure the stability of the automation layer, collaborating with Business Systems on integration reliability and with the Revenue Intelligence Lead to ensure that agent inputs are clean, managed, and properly directed when issues arise.
β’ Practical experience in building and deploying AI agents utilizing tools such as Claude, Codex, n8n, Zapier, Replit, or Lovable, ensuring that these agents are actively adopted and utilized, rather than just being released.
β’ Proficient understanding of LLM orchestration, prompt engineering for GTM workflows, and managing prompt libraries and agent reliability in a live production setting.
β’ Experience with APIs and integrations across essential GTM platforms.
β’ Capability to develop, troubleshoot, and manage GTM automations using AI coding tools, demonstrating sufficient engineering judgment to identify when generated code is incorrect or unstable, without relying on software engineering support.
β’ Strong knowledge of GTM and sales processes, including understanding deal progression, representative activities at each stage, and identifying the highest-friction bottlenecks.
β’ Background in GTM engineering, revenue operations, business systems, or GTM tooling within a B2B SaaS environment, with a proven history of delivering automation that enhances GTM performance.
β’ Experience with both direct and channel/partner-led GTM strategies, including automation that manages attribution, conflict detection, and routing logic across various sales pathways.
β’ Familiarity with property- or building-level account structures involving multiple stakeholders such as owners, developers, property managers, and installers, along with the complexities of Salesforce data modeling associated with it.
β’ Proven experience in building automation across various sales segments or deal types that feature distinct signals, scoring criteria, and operational logic; for instance, new logo and expansion strategies for both new development and retrofit customer segments.
β’ Exposure to real estate, PropTech, or construction intelligence platforms where property data and trigger monitoring are integral to pipeline generation.
β’ Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision plans (ButterflyMX covers 80% of the cost) starting from day one.
