GTM Engineer – AI Systems

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Develop and initiate outbound campaigns utilizing **Clay, SmartLead, HeyReach**, and various automation tools.

• Leverage **Claude (AI)** to create, test, and enhance outbound messaging on a large scale.

• Transform real-time buying signals into precisely targeted prospecting workflows.

• Construct automated go-to-market systems employing tools like n8n and APIs.

• Regularly test, iterate, and refine sequences to boost conversion rates.

• Enhance the speed, efficiency, and scalability of campaigns.

• Monitor performance through CRM attribution and optimize for pipeline results.

• **Key KPIs:**

• - 📊 Number of campaigns launched daily, weekly, and monthly.

• - ⚡ Time required to launch new campaigns (speed + efficiency).

• - 📈 Performance of campaigns and their contribution to the pipeline.

⛳️ Requirements

• **Must-Haves:**

• - **Extensive knowledge of Clay (essential).**

• - **Practical experience using Claude for outbound, personalization, and workflow automation (essential).**

• - Demonstrated experience in **GTM Engineering, Growth Engineering, or outbound infrastructure roles.**

• - Strong background with automation tools (e.g., n8n, APIs, Zapier).

• - Familiarity with modern outbound technology stack (SmartLead, HeyReach, etc.).

• - Experience in **B2B SaaS outbound and lead generation systems.**

• - Previous experience in a **startup or agency setting.**

• - Capability to work during US hours (preferably with PT overlap).

• **Nice-to-Have:**

• - Experience in constructing AI-driven outbound workflows at scale.

• - Strong comprehension of CRM systems and attribution models.

• - Exposure to CRO-led revenue strategies.

• - Enthusiasm for experimenting with new GTM and AI tools.
