This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Formulate our sales enablement strategy by recognizing obstacles and gaps while prioritizing initiatives that will assist our GTM teams in achieving and exceeding their objectives.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Product Marketing, Adoption, Deployment, and other teams to create internal and external materials that will aid the GTM team in effectively selling to and serving our customers.
• Develop, manage, and automate the information and resources that GTM team members require to excel in their roles.
• Oversee the regional Sales and Technical Success training calendar and conduct training sessions that may encompass new process roll-outs, product launches, and other programs aimed at enhancing team effectiveness in their roles.
• Proven experience in creating programs and initiatives from the ground up to support rapidly scaling GTM teams.
• Exceptional project management abilities, with a track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills and executive presence, with experience presenting to large audiences.
• A blend of technical expertise and strategic thinking; enjoys translating everyday patterns into scalable solutions.
• Familiarity with the AI landscape, our applications, and the challenges they address for our customers.
• Capacity to thrive in uncertainty and work independently.
• Outstanding organizational skills.
• Ability to operate at a high level, adept at frequent context switching and managing multiple projects simultaneously with broad ownership and rigorous prioritization.
