GTM Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Set up and implement Oracle GTM modules tailored to business needs.

• Engage in comprehensive Oracle GTM projects encompassing implementation, enhancement, migration, and support.

• Configure trade compliance processes such as restricted party screening, denied party screening, embargo screening, and watch-list screening.

• Set up product classification processes, including Harmonized System (HS), Schedule B, ECCN, HTS, and commodity codes.

• Oversee export and import compliance processes, including license determination, license management, and trade controls.

• Configure and oversee trade transactions, trade agreements, declarations, customs filings, and document generation.

• Integrate Oracle GTM with Oracle Transportation Management (OTM), Oracle ERP, Oracle Fusion, WMS, and external systems.

• Assess business requirements and create functional design documents, configuration documents, test scripts, and user training materials.

• Assist with data migration activities concerning trade parties, items, classifications, licenses, trade transactions, and compliance rules.

• Conduct unit testing, system integration testing, UAT support, and production deployment tasks.

• Diagnose Oracle GTM functional issues and deliver prompt resolutions.

• Collaborate effectively with business users, technical teams, integration teams, and external stakeholders.

• Offer post-production support and identify areas for process enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in Oracle GTM implementation, configuration, and support.

• In-depth knowledge of Oracle GTM modules including: Trade Compliance Management, Restricted Party Screening, Product Classification, License Management, Trade Transaction Management, Customs Management, and Global Trade Intelligence.

• Proven experience with import/export compliance processes and international trade regulations.

• Familiarity with denied party screening, embargo screening, export controls, and customs compliance.

• Experience integrating Oracle GTM with Oracle OTM, Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion, WMS, and third-party systems.

• Strong grasp of XML, REST/SOAP web services, integration interfaces, and data migration.

• Experience in crafting functional specification documents and collaborating with technical teams for customizations.

• Good understanding of Oracle database concepts, SQL queries, and GTM data structures.

• Proven experience in testing, defect tracking, UAT coordination, and production support.

• Strong communication abilities, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
