GTM Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Integrate with a GTM function by collaborating with SDRs, AEs, CS managers, or RevOps based on the sprint requirements. Observe their workflows, identify leverage points, and deliver tools that eliminate bottlenecks. Emphasize building with clean code and thorough documentation.

• Develop an intelligent signal layer with flexible pipelines that collect signals (such as funding, hiring, product launches, usage, Gong calls, and partner directories), enhance them using Claude and ZoomInfo/LinkedIn, and direct them to the appropriate representative at the optimal time.

• Treat tools as databases rather than user interfaces. Utilize Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Outreach, and Gainsight as read/write surfaces for agents, and create the necessary integrations to bring this vision to life. Note: we may redesign CRM and other tools as business needs evolve.

• Implement AI agents into representative workflows. The ABC (Always Be Curious) agent identifies accounts, captures call notes through voice, prepares QBRs, and feeds intelligence back into the data layer. You will develop the workflows that support this functionality.

• Transition swiftly from prototype to production. Most initiatives progress from concept to deployment in less than two weeks. You will oversee the entire lifecycle: scoping with the GTM stakeholder, developing, deploying, instrumenting, and iterating.

• Convert GTM challenges into systematic solutions. The most challenging aspect of this role is not the coding itself, but understanding the rationale behind a representative's actions and determining whether to automate, adjust, or maintain the current approach.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess over 2 years of experience as a software, product, or platform engineer, preferably with a background in developing internal tools or working closely with business functions.

• Be proficient in Python or TypeScript/JavaScript and comfortable with building full-stack applications (Next.js, FastAPI, or similar frameworks).

• Have practical experience with LLM APIs (Claude, OpenAI, or similar), including developing agentic workflows, tool usage, and RAG patterns.

• Have successfully implemented real automation using tools like n8n, Zapier, Make, Workato, or custom orchestration, and understand when to opt for a no-code solution versus writing code.

• Have prior experience with GTM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo, Apollo, Clay) or be willing to gain expertise in them within your first 30 days.

• Exhibit initiative, act swiftly, and demonstrate strong ownership. You do not wait for perfectly defined tickets.

• Enjoy engaging with non-engineers. Expect to spend approximately 70% of your time discussing with representatives, managers, and executives within the GTM function.

• Possess a product-driven mindset. You can distinguish between a feature that appears impressive in a demonstration and one that genuinely impacts a representative's daily tasks.
