📋 Description

• Delivering one-on-one coaching to Mento members through virtual sessions utilizing the Mento Platform and Tools.

• Engaging in continuous training sessions to enhance coaching skills and abilities.

• Interacting with members via your Mento email or through chat in the Mento App between sessions.

• Embodying kindness, respect, and empathy as a representative of the Mento community.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 20 years of experience in managing sales teams and coaching individuals (coaching certification is advantageous but not mandatory).

• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ever-evolving startup environment.

• Available to commit a minimum of 12+ hours per month to coaching at Mento for the next 24+ months.

• You must be capable of dedicating at least three to five hours per week towards Mento, irrespective of other commitments and their potential changes.
