This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sri Lanka.
• Your main responsibility is to assist both internal and external clients in implementing (complex) tracking and resolving any issues that may arise.
• You will demonstrate a high level of initiative and enthusiasm to accomplish tasks.
• Although you might not have all the answers, you will find solutions by consulting with the right individuals, researching online, and experimenting.
• We are seeking someone who is motivated to establish systems flawlessly, while also being pragmatic enough to incorporate redundancy and deliver “good enough data” when the ideal setup is unattainable.
• You will be tasked with engaging with internal and external teams to gain support, clarify issues, and update them on progress.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience managing Google Tags (GTM) for web properties, including oversight of implementation, coding, testing, and ongoing maintenance.
• At least 2 years of experience with website analytics tools such as Google Analytics, GA3/GA4.
• Basic understanding of JavaScript.
• Demonstrated experience in Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Amplitude, with a strong grasp of digital analytics and web traffic metrics.
• Proficient knowledge in Web Analytics (strategy, requirements, implementation, validation, reporting), particularly with Google Analytics.
• Familiarity with third-party tagging, pixel creation, etc.
• Experience in migrating GA accounts from UA to GA4.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English communication.

• Work location: Fully remote.
• Full-time position with semi-flexible hours: Must overlap for at least 4 hours daily with EST (typically 8 AM to 12 NN ET). The remaining 4 hours are flexible.
