• Collaborate closely with the build team to convert workflow specifications into agent automations.

• Evaluate agent outputs and identify areas for enhancement.

• Enhance creative content and copy variations produced by AI.

• Specify knowledge base inputs for agents focused on paid growth.

• Track workflow performance and implement ongoing improvements.

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in performance or paid growth.

• Ability to think systematically.

• Proficiency in handling data comfortably.

• Curiosity about prompt engineering.
