This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Execute daily responsibilities linked to 401(k) plan sales, which encompass plan illustrations, proposals, fee comparisons, and requests for document modifications.
• Review and meticulously document changes as instructed by clients and internal teams.
• Cultivate and utilize product and process knowledge to foresee and fulfill the needs of the growth team and adhere to industry standards.
• Engage with partners, clients, as well as internal and external customers to identify and rectify issues.
• Prepare outgoing mail and packages for the Growth team using UPS or FedEx services.
• Deliver professional and personalized customer service through mail, email, and telephone communications.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the sales CRM and generate reports for Sales, Marketing, Senior Leadership, and other departments.
• Schedule, organize, and coordinate various activities, including presentations, communications, conferences, video conferences, meetings, webinars, trade shows, department activities, celebrations, and other events.
• Establish and uphold Sales Team procedures.
• Oversee and maintain the CRM in collaboration with the Salesforce Administrator.
• Manage essential sales applications, including their configuration, operation, and integration of sales software.
• Spearhead marketing data and analytics initiatives to bolster sales strategy.
• Provide support to the Growth Support Specialist when necessary.
• Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Compliance with all company policies and procedures is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, administrative, or sales roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Detail-oriented with strong accountability, analytical skills, multitasking abilities, and mathematical aptitude.
• Excellent professional communication skills and appropriate etiquette.
• An associate degree in a business-related discipline is preferred.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
• Experience in the financial industry is preferred.
