This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and present data-informed strategies that align with each client’s overarching growth objectives.
• Cross-Channel Strategy: Direct and manage the strategic deployment of paid marketing channels (Social & Search) to achieve scalable and profitable growth.
• Creative Strategy: Work in collaboration with the Creative Strategist to ensure that high-converting, brand-consistent creative solutions are implemented and tested across relevant channels.
• Budget Performance: Identify and implement budget allocation strategies that optimize profitable growth, including reallocating investments toward high-performing channels.
• Client Relationships: Serve as the primary advisor for your clients—Results Through Relationships isn’t merely a slogan; it’s our fundamental principle.
• Team Leadership: Guide and mentor your pod team (Media Buyer, Project Coordinator, Visual Creator) to deliver cohesively aligned growth strategies.
• Best Practice Contributor: Assist in defining and enhancing our best practices, testing methodologies, and playbooks.
• Project Management: Take ownership of the entire project workflow, ensuring quality execution from advertisements to landing pages.
• Ideally, 3+ years of experience in eCommerce Paid Social strategy (DTC experience is a plus).
• Demonstrated success in driving results with ad budgets of $40k+/month.
• Marketing proficiency in creative strategy, data analysis, and fundamental principles.
• Expertise in Excel & Google Sheets with a good understanding of MER, CLTV, nCPA, and other essential business metrics.
• Excellent communicator with a client-focused approach.
