This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• You will connect business and automation: translating the client's strategic challenges into concrete initiatives for segmentation, journeys, and personalization.
• Opportunity detection: you will analyze complex patterns (cohorts, RFM, purchase propensity) to formulate recommendations that enhance efficiency and growth.
• Comprehensive solution design: you will execute the creation and documentation of multichannel lead nurturing, cross-sell, and win-back flows, justifying each decision with data.
• Rigorous experimentation: you will design and conduct experiments across automation channels, analyzing results with statistical rigor to extract actionable insights.
• Roadmap management: you will implement the automation plan, integrating business priorities, resources, and previous learnings.
• Value transfer: you will ensure that successful experiments are transformed into stable processes within the client's business.
• Stakeholder management: you will be the main point of contact for the client and coordinate work with multidisciplinary teams (Data, Design, Strategy).
• 2-4 years of experience with tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, or similar.
• Ability to create dynamic segments based on behavior and customer lifetime value (LTV).
• Capability to design multichannel tests and translate data into strategic insights.
• Creation of customized dashboards (GA4, Looker, Amplitude) that link automation metrics with overall objectives.
• Skill in connecting CRM, eCommerce, and data warehouses using Zapier, Make, or APIs.
• Knowledge of SQL for simple queries and familiarity with HTML/CSS or specific languages (like Ampscript).
• Ability to collaborate with design and optimize the UX/UI of emails and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
