Growth Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Finland.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Product and Marketing to create and execute growth experiences across our product offerings.

• Develop activation workflows, in-app calls to action, onboarding strategies, contextual upsell opportunities, and feature discovery mechanisms that assist users in achieving value more efficiently.

• Establish and uphold the technical infrastructure necessary for experimentation.

• Facilitate rapid testing across product and marketing platforms, ensuring teams can quickly launch experiments, accurately measure outcomes, and continuously iterate.

• Take ownership of and enhance the "growth plumbing" within our technology stack.

• Guarantee precise event tracking, streamlined data flows, and dependable integrations between product interfaces, analytics platforms, CRM systems (such as HubSpot), and internal tools.

• Collaborate closely with Product, Lifecycle Marketing, and Data teams to enable contextual, behavior-driven user journeys powered by precise product usage data.

• Help maintain our digital experiences to ensure they remain fast, measurable, and conversion-focused.

• Uphold clear documentation, consistent deployment practices, and robust engineering methodologies while adhering to GDPR and internal data governance standards.


⛳️ Requirements

• Strong Engineering Fundamentals: You are proficient with modern JavaScript frameworks (Vue.js), Laravel (PHP), Python, event tracking systems, and data integrations — and you understand how to balance speed with scalability.

• Growth & Product Mindset: You grasp concepts related to growth funnels, activation, onboarding, expansion, and retention. You look beyond mere implementation and emphasize business impact.

• High Ownership & Autonomy: You excel in remote-first settings, take initiative, and operate with a significant sense of accountability.

• Experimentation Mentality: You enjoy rapid deployment, testing new ideas, learning from data, and continuously iterating.

• AI & Automation Fluency: You leverage modern workflows and utilize AI and automation tools to enhance velocity and effectiveness without sacrificing quality.

• Data & Analytics Fluency: You have a solid understanding of tracking architecture, GTM, product analytics, attribution, and connecting user behavior across various systems and touchpoints.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: You work effectively with Engineering, Product, Marketing, Data, and GTM teams, assisting in bridging technical and commercial objectives.
