This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Lead initiatives focused on Product-Led Growth (PLG) encompassing acquisition, activation, retention, monetization, and expansion.
• Enhance onboarding processes, free trial experiences, and subscription conversion paths.
• Evaluate user behavior and product performance metrics to uncover growth opportunities.
• Execute growth experiments and facilitate data-informed product decision-making.
• Collaborate effectively with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams.
• Conduct customer research and collect insights to enhance user experience and engagement.
• Assist in establishing scalable growth processes and experimentation frameworks.
• Over 5 years of experience in Growth Product Management or similar roles within SaaS.
• Extensive experience in B2C SaaS or PLG-focused B2B SaaS environments.
• Profound understanding of self-service subscription products and SaaS customer journeys.
• Excellent analytical, experimentation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven experience in optimizing growth funnels and lifecycle metrics.
• Comfortable working alongside technical and engineering teams.
• Hands-on, proactive, and focused on execution.
• Proficient in English communication skills (C1+).
