Growth Product Manager

Posted May 23

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the implementation of critical initiatives outlined in the 2026 CRO roadmap. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing our optimization strategy while managing a targeted product backlog. Your leadership will guide your team in a dynamic environment to launch, modify, pivot, or scale experiments based on timely A/B test outcomes.

• Collaborate with our Data Team to establish tracking requirements, evaluate A/B test performance, and maintain visualization reports using Tableau.

• Work in tandem with Product Designers to connect qualitative research with quantitative data, ensuring that each experiment prioritizes user experience while aligning with business objectives.

• Coordinate with Marketing on content and performance marketing strategies, and liaise with other product divisions (Zicasso’s Platforms for Travelers, Partners, and Customer Care Team) to guarantee a smooth data flow across our ecosystem.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Product Management.

• Growth Experience: A demonstrated history of achieving results through experience and flow optimizations. Proficient in A/B testing and experimentation, with a keen eye for design and an understanding of how product content, page layout, and interaction design influence conversion rates. You are data-driven, hypothesis-oriented, and make decisions based on data insights.

• AI-Forward Thinker: Enthusiastic about leveraging LLMs and AI-driven personalization to craft a more "human" and customized experience for our travelers. You likely utilize AI tools to enhance your product workflow.

• Analytical & Technical: Proficient in GA4 and Tableau (or similar tools such as PowerBI) to derive insights into user behaviors. While coding is not your forte, you are conversant in the language of engineers, grasp technical limitations, and can navigate data architectures.

• Luxury & Business Mindset: Possessing a background in Business or Technology, you recognize that for a luxury brand, "conversion" should feel like an invitation rather than a transaction. You uphold the brand’s prestige while continuously striving for growth.

• Proficient in using Jira for backlog management.

• English Proficiency: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills are essential.

• Timezone Alignment: Must be available to work until 3:00 PM PT (Pacific Time).

🏝️ Benefits

• Work remotely from your home base with flexible hours that promote a healthy work-life balance.

• Participate in an innovative, fast-paced, and collaborative culture that values diverse perspectives and opinions.

• Access an annual stipend for learning and development opportunities.

• Enjoy two company-sponsored business trips each year to international destinations that we serve!
