This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Take full ownership of the Conversion Engine: Manage the entire user journey, enhancing every stage from registration on the landing page to conversion at the paywall and subscription retention.
• Propel the Experiment Roadmap: Develop, prioritize, and sustain an active experimentation backlog.
• Analyze & Diagnose: Track funnel and retention metrics on a daily basis using Mixpanel. Identify precisely where users are disengaging and conduct in-depth investigations to comprehend the reasons.
• Ship with Velocity: Create detailed product specifications and acceptance criteria that empower engineering and design teams to work independently.
• Optimize Revenue Levers: Design and implement tests for pricing, paywalls, and offer enhancements.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Lead a dedicated team of engineers and designers while fostering strong relationships with our dashboard and B2B teams to align on sprint priorities.
• Continuous Discovery: Engage in significant customer discovery interviews with our Gen-Z audience to reveal behavioral insights that data alone cannot capture.
• Over 4 years of experience in Product Management, particularly in a growth-oriented role.
• Experimentation Mastery: Demonstrated success in designing, executing, and analyzing A/B tests that led to measurable enhancements in business KPIs (CVR, ARPU, Churn).
• Data Fluency: You are proficient in using product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar).
• SaaS/Subscription Expertise: You have a deep understanding of subscription models, including trial-to-paid transitions, renewal cycles, and minimizing friction points.
• Technical Precision: Capability to write clear, "dev-ready" product specifications and acceptance criteria.
• Mentoring & Leadership: A mindset focused on mentoring and sharing knowledge, with a desire to elevate the broader team in growth methodologies and experimental rigor.
• Gen-Z Empathy: You possess intuition for (or experience with) B2C products aimed at younger audiences and understand their distinct digital behaviors.
• Growth Mindset: You thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and acknowledge that 70% of experiments may fail—as long as we learn from the experience.
• Bonus Points: Familiarity with payment platforms (Stripe, Braintree) or design/prototyping tools like Figma. Knowledge of lifecycle/email marketing, SEO, and paid acquisition channels. Certifications focused on growth (e.g., Reforge). Experience in EdTech or with student-facing products.
