This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.
• Take ownership of the comprehensive conversion engine from the landing page registration to paywall conversion and subscription retention.
• Develop, prioritize, and sustain a fast-paced experimentation backlog utilizing frameworks like ICE or RICE.
• Daily monitor funnel and retention metrics using Mixpanel.
• Identify points of user drop-off and perform in-depth discovery to understand the underlying causes.
• Create detailed product specifications and acceptance criteria for engineering and design teams.
• Design and execute tests for pricing, paywalls, and offer optimizations.
• Assess growth levers such as organic loops, landing page personalization, and winback initiatives.
• Lead a specialized team of engineers and designers.
• Collaborate with the dashboard and B2B teams to align on unified sprint priorities.
• Conduct customer discovery interviews with Gen-Z users.
• Over 5 years of experience in Product Management, particularly in a growth-oriented role.
• Demonstrated experience in designing, executing, and analyzing A/B tests with quantifiable KPI improvements.
• Familiarity with product analytics tools such as Mixpanel or Amplitude.
• Knowledge of SaaS and subscription models, including transitions from trial to paid, renewal cycles, and reducing friction points.
• Capability to write clear, development-ready product specifications and acceptance criteria.
• Understanding of technical trade-offs and MVP scoping.
• A mentoring mindset and willingness to share knowledge.
• Intuition for or experience with B2C products aimed at younger audiences.
• Comfort with ambiguity, fast-paced environments, and learning from experimentation failures.
• Experience with payment platforms like Stripe or Braintree is a plus.
• Proficiency in Figma or other prototyping tools is an advantage.
• Knowledge of lifecycle/email marketing, SEO, and paid acquisition channels is beneficial.
• Growth-oriented certification such as Reforge is an asset.
• Background in EdTech or products aimed at students is a bonus.
