Growth Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Achieve a 15% quarterly increase in ARPU by enhancing product value, user retention, and engagement across existing subscription tiers.

• Develop and refine retention and engagement strategies that enhance user satisfaction and prolong subscription lifetimes.

• Analyze user behavior to spot engagement gaps and implement product enhancements that elevate perceived user value.

• Conduct daily reviews of user sessions to identify friction points, drop-offs, and behavioral patterns that guide product decisions.

• Create and manage Mixpanel dashboards and provide regular performance reports on crucial product metrics, highlighting actionable insights for the team.

• Utilize AI tools, including Claude and other solutions, to independently create functional prototypes and concepts that are seriously evaluated for production.

• Leverage data, feedback, and research to pinpoint opportunities. Quickly generate, validate, and implement hypotheses, taking full responsibility from concept to production.

• Manage the product backlog, prioritize experiments, and oversee the complete execution of A/B and multivariate tests.

• Direct the entire process - from design and implementation to quality assurance, data analysis, and the final decision to scale or discontinue changes.

• Uphold exceptional UX standards; deliver only high-quality, impactful enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in product management with a proven track record in ARPU, retention, or engagement growth.

• Hands-on and accountable from hypothesis formulation to production; experienced in stakeholder management and timely delivery.

• Strong capability to derive insights from product data, user behavior, and feedback. Proficient with Mixpanel, including board creation, funnel analysis, cohort management, and custom reporting.

• Actively employs Claude and other AI tools in daily tasks for prototyping, analysis, writing, and problem-solving; this is an essential aspect of our workflow.

• Innovative thinker with experience in designing retention strategies and engagement features, including AI-generated product concepts.

• Comprehensive understanding of the user lifecycle, retention psychology, and value-based growth strategies.

• High attention to detail and a dedication to providing an excellent user experience.

• Proficient in analytics tools, cohort analysis, backlog management, and data-driven decision-making.
