Growth Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Oversee the Growth track within Research and Development

• Work in close partnership with marketing and partnerships departments

• Design and execute growth experiments

• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and fellow Product Managers

• Establish clear hypotheses, success metrics, and measurement frameworks

• Convert insights from data and user behavior into actionable product strategies

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Manager

• Proven history of driving measurable business growth

• In-depth understanding of product-led growth strategies

• Experience collaborating closely with marketing, data, and engineering teams

• Strong analytical capabilities

• Exceptional communication skills in English

• Experience in the fintech sector is essential
