This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia, +1 more country.
• Take ownership of your stream's North Star metric from start to finish, including all necessary elements to influence it: product decisions, design choices, launch processes, and the subsequent adoption curve that demonstrates clinician approval.
• Foster adoption and retention of released products, holding yourself accountable to the GA unlock threshold for every project, viewing launch as just one step in an ongoing journey.
• Conduct growth-driven discovery: pinpoint the funnel and activation levers most likely to impact your metrics, and establish the quickest route to validate them.
• Convert strategic objectives into daily tasks for your team, ensuring that priorities clearly align with the business outcomes you are responsible for.
• Collaborate directly with engineering and design teams to craft solutions, not merely outline requirements, and build the credibility necessary to be included in both discussions.
• Utilize modern AI tools as integral components of your workflow, accelerating the transition from insights to delivered products.
• Evaluate your own hypotheses critically. If something fails, acknowledge it promptly and adjust; you are responsible for your North Star.
• Proven experience in owning a product outcome with clear growth objectives, ideally with knowledge in funnel conversion and activation.
• Authentic operational instincts: you have been accountable for P&L or growth metrics, not just played a supporting role on such a team.
• The capability to navigate seamlessly between the realities of a clinician's daily operations, engineering trade-offs, and commercial projections without sacrificing accuracy or resorting to bureaucracy.
• Strong product judgement, beyond just procedural knowledge: you possess instincts for the right product decisions or UX choices and can articulate your rationale.
• A preference for swift shipping and learning over exhaustive exploration, coupled with a genuine concern for the clinicians and patients impacted by your work.
• Familiarity with clinical or healthcare workflows is a bonus.
• Practical experience utilizing AI tools to achieve commercial or user-centric results rather than for personal exploration.
• Experience in scaling a product across various markets or regions is advantageous.
• A background in a regulated or high-trust industry where both speed and rigor are essential is preferred.
• Previous experience in a high-growth, founder-led startup where processes are still being developed is a plus.
• Parental Leave: 14 weeks of paid leave for primary caregivers, 4 weeks for secondary caregivers.
• Flexible Work: a hybrid model for our Melbourne team, as great work can occur in various locations beyond the office.
• Health & Wellbeing: wellness programs, annual flu vaccinations, and complimentary, confidential access to our Employee Assistance Program.
• Work from Anywhere: take up to 6 weeks a year to work from any location that inspires you.
• Career Development: coaching, mentoring, courses, and lunch-and-learn sessions. Growth is a deliberate investment here, not by chance.
• Social Club: enjoy monthly team lunches and quarterly offsite events, because work is more enjoyable with colleagues you appreciate.
• Breakfast & Snack Bar: a fully stocked kitchen, including kombucha.
• Referral Program: receive real financial rewards for bringing exceptional talent into our outstanding team.
