This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Growth strategy: You will establish and implement a product strategy aimed at enhancing acquisition, activation, retention, revenue, and referrals. Your role involves pinpointing the most impactful levers and creating a roadmap for their activation.

• Onboarding: You will be responsible for the user onboarding experience — from app download to the completion of setup (desktop extension, bank linking, MSE installation) — while continuously optimizing conversion rates at each stage across mobile, web app, and browser extension.

• Joko AI: Joko AI — our AI-driven shopping assistant utilizing advanced technology and innovative interaction models — will be a central element of our value proposition. Following its launch in the product, the Growth task force will manage its onboarding and activation: crafting how new and existing users discover it, experiment with it, and incorporate it into their daily routines. You will play a key role in introducing AI to millions of shoppers.

• Experimentation: You will conduct a frequent series of A/B tests to enhance conversion and engagement throughout the funnel. Given Joko's user volume, even a modest 2% increase in conversion can have a significant impact — and you will oversee this entire process.

• Referral & retention: You will lead the referral program and spearhead initiatives aimed at reducing churn, which is a critical area for improvement at Joko.

• Cross-functional collaboration: You will collaborate closely with Marketing (growth & CRM), Business Line PMs (Online, Gift Cards, Card-Linked), the Joko AI team, the Data team, and a dedicated Product Designer integrated into your task force.

• Revenue: You will support monetization efforts by identifying strategies to better convert and extract value from the existing user base.


⛳️ Requirements

• Experience: You possess substantial experience as a Product Manager or Growth Manager in a B2C product with a significant user base. You have overseen and launched enhancements within a growth or conversion funnel and have executed A/B tests on a large scale (with over 10,000 users).

• Analytical skills: You are highly data-oriented. You are adept at analyzing experiment outcomes, delving into conversion data, and collaborating daily with a Data Analyst. Proficiency in SQL or strong analytics tools is an advantage.

• Iteration mindset: You are comfortable with ongoing improvement — you don’t need to create something from scratch to find fulfillment. You enjoy identifying the next best experiment, executing it quickly, and learning from the results.

• Stakeholder management: You excel at aligning Marketing, CRM, Business Lines, and Data teams around common metrics and priorities. Strong cross-functional leadership is crucial as this role is central to the organization and has a direct impact on top-line performance.

• Curiosity & breadth: You relish the opportunity to navigate various product surfaces (mobile app, web app, browser extension) and topics (onboarding, referral, churn, revenue) without compromising focus or quality.

• AI wizard: You consistently challenge yourself to stay ahead in the realm of AI tools, automation, and innovative working methods — and you actively integrate these into your work practices.

• Languages: You are fluent in both French and English (written and spoken).

• Mindset: You have an entrepreneurial spirit, embrace challenges, welcome constructive feedback, and are passionate about continuous learning and self-improvement.
