Growth Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Oversee the Growth product track, establishing and implementing initiatives for customer acquisition and expansion.

• Discover product-led growth opportunities throughout various customer journeys.

• Create, launch, and evaluate structured growth experiments.

• Partner with marketing and partnerships teams to synchronize product growth initiatives.

• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and data teams to enhance product offerings.

• Track fintech and market trends to uncover new growth opportunities.

• Foster a culture of experimentation and data-informed decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in product management.

• A minimum of 2 years dedicated to growth, acquisition, activation, monetization, or expansion.

• Demonstrated success in driving tangible business growth through product experiments.

• Strong grasp of product-led growth models and SaaS funnels.

• Required experience in FinTech (payments, banking, FX, multi-currency accounts).

• Excellent analytical skills and confidence in utilizing product analytics tools.

• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
