Growth Product Designer – iOS, Web-to-App / W2A

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Design and optimize the Web-to-App journey: FB advertising → W2A → checkout → App Store → onboarding.

• Iteratively process W2A channels and checkout procedures: test messaging, stage order, barriers, pricing, plans, and trial structures.

• Generate, assess, and prioritize hypotheses using the ICE/PIE frameworks.

• Rapidly deliver tested solutions in Figma—with multiple versions ready for experimentation.

• Design and enhance the onboarding experience, paywalls, and purchases; test messaging, pricing, trials, packages, and localizations.

• Define analytics events, track key states, and validate implementations post-release.

• Create a lightweight design system for growth experiments—quick, flexible, and easy to iterate.

• Collaborate closely with the Growth Manager and the iOS team; integrate data, AI, and user empathy into every solution.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in product/UI/UX design for mobile applications, with solid expertise in iOS.

• A portfolio that demonstrates your impact on conversion channels, onboarding, paywalls/checkout processes, and A/B testing.

• You measure success through metrics — CTR, CVR, install-to-trial, trial-to-paid, ARPU/LTV, churn.

• Proficient in utilizing AI tools throughout the design process.

• Advanced user of Figma (components, variants, auto-layout, prototyping); AI plugins are a bonus.

• Strong understanding of HIG for iOS, in-app purchase/subscription patterns, and App Store recommendations.

• Experience with A/B testing and experimental design.

• Familiarity with AARRR / HEART frameworks, JTBD, CJM, and CRO principles for mobile applications.

• Ability to write detailed, clear specifications — states, edge cases, localizations, text lengths.
