Growth & Performance Specialist – Traffic, CRM, Tracking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Management of Traffic and Media.

• Multichannel Strategy: Design, execute, and enhance campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and programmatic media.

• Account Setup: Conduct complete setup of Business Manager accounts, Google Merchant Center, and other advertising platforms for new clients while auditing existing client accounts.

• Performance Optimization: Daily monitoring of campaign performance with an emphasis on business KPIs including ROAS, CPA, and CAC.

• CRM and Sales Automation.

• Kommo Implementation: Set up and organize Kommo CRM (or equivalent platforms) for new clients, establishing funnel stages and automation processes.

• Lead Integration: Guarantee that 100% of leads generated from campaigns are automatically input into the CRM with accurate tags and sources.

• Conversational Automation: Develop automation workflows for WhatsApp and email to facilitate lead nurturing and conversion.

• Tracking and Data Intelligence.

• Data Infrastructure: Implement and oversee Google Tag Manager (GTM), GA4, and Conversion APIs (CAPI).

• Advanced Tracking: Set up pixels, tags, and custom events to ensure accurate attribution of every conversion.

• Integrated Reporting: Create dashboards that combine traffic data with CRM sales data, offering a comprehensive view of ROI.


⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in managing high-performance paid traffic.

• Technical expertise in configuring Kommo CRM (preferred) or similar tools (such as RD Station, HubSpot).

• Advanced proficiency in Google Tag Manager (GTM) and GA4.

• Experience in implementing Conversion APIs and server-side tracking techniques.

• Strong analytical abilities to analyze extensive datasets and convert them into strategic initiatives.

• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Power BI).
