📋 Description

• Enhance organic performance by implementing thorough format testing, optimized posting strategies, and well-structured content planning.

• Oversee the complete execution and ongoing assessment of paid advertising campaigns.

• Implement targeted audience segmentation to ensure content reaches the most pertinent users.

• Perform regular A/B testing and performance evaluations to identify and amplify successful strategies.

• Collaborate operationally with analytics teams to convert data insights into prompt tactical modifications.

• Bachelor’s degree combined with over 5 years of experience in related fields.

• Specialized knowledge in platform optimization and content distribution, rather than a general social media background.

• Significant hands-on experience in growth optimization and the technical execution of paid advertising campaigns.

• A data-driven approach with the ability to transform complex metrics into actionable growth strategies.

• Experience in a "hands-on" setting that demands operational flexibility and ongoing experimentation.

• Proficient in the English language.
