Growth Partnerships Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily operations and account management for Acorns' Earn (marketplace) partners, acting as a primary point of contact.

• Collaborate across departments to initiate new Earn partners and refresh existing partner offers, ensuring a seamless end-to-end process.

• Assist Growth partnerships by working with Creative, Legal, and Compliance teams to timely and accurately onboard new partners.

• Track partner performance, resolve issues, and discover opportunities to enhance and expand current relationships.

• Aid in maintaining partner documentation, timelines, and processes to ensure organized and timely launches.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in partnerships, account management, business development, or a similar role, preferably within a consumer or fintech organization.

• Strong organizational and project management abilities, capable of managing multiple partners and cross-functional workflows simultaneously.

• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with a proven history of collaborating across teams such as Creative, Legal, and Compliance.

• A proactive, detail-oriented mindset for addressing challenges and maintaining momentum in partner launches.
