Growth Operator, SEO, AEO

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of Flodesk's web content portfolio across flodesk.com, /blog, and /tips.

• Enhance the organization of Flodesk content to improve AI discoverability.

• Create compelling content that is deep, accurate, and beneficial for readers.

• Implement updates on our websites and ensure proper technical SEO practices (structured data, canonicals, site speed, crawlability).

• Monitor AI search visibility (share of voice, citations, sentiment) in conjunction with conventional SEO metrics.

• Broaden our reach beyond flodesk.com into platforms like Reddit, YouTube, and other content outlets as the on-site foundation develops.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in SEO, content marketing, or growth, particularly in AEO / GEO / AI search optimization.

• Proven success in driving growth metrics such as organic traffic, AI citations, and qualified sign-ups.

• Strong foundation in technical SEO, including structured data, internal linking, redirects, crawl health, and Search Console.

• Practical experience with Webflow or other CMS platforms.

• Outstanding skills in AI prompting.

• Proficiency in data analysis. Comfortable using GA, Search Console, and AI visibility tools.

• A proactive operator's mindset.
