Growth Operator – Homeowner Acquisition

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Execute marketing campaigns. Initiate, conduct quality assurance, and oversee email, SMS, Meta, and Google campaigns across 8 distinct brands.

• Replicate successful strategies. Discontinue ineffective ones. Maintain clarity among each brand — ensuring no overlap occurs.

• Manage AI-driven systems. The Director establishes the foundational AI systems, while you operate, nourish, and enhance them whenever possible.

• Energize both paid and organic growth. Rapidly launch assets, target audiences, and landing pages.

• Enhance SEO where it amplifies results — managing Google Business Profiles, optimizing for local search, and developing high-ranking content — ensuring paid initiatives are not the sole focus.

• Take ownership of data management. Every campaign meticulously tracked, labeled by source, and reported. Keep dashboards updated. If any metrics appear irregular, you identify it before the Director inquires.

• Manage the testing framework. Every campaign, webpage, and offer is treated as a hypothesis. You implement them, document insights gained, eliminate what fails, and contribute to the evolving playbook. This expands every month.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience managing 3 or more of the following: email, SMS, Meta Ads, Google Ads, direct mail — with measurable outcomes to showcase.

• You actively incorporate AI into your work and are eager to delve deeper. Experience with tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex is a bonus, regardless of the extent.

• Possess a systematic approach and strong organizational skills: managing 8 brands simultaneously without oversight.

• Exceptional proficiency in written English and a keen attention to detail.

• Quick, proactive communicator who identifies issues promptly.
