This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Frame ambiguous business challenges using structured analytical methods, establishing clear paths forward even when the queries are not fully formulated.
• Take ownership of analyses from start to finish with minimal supervision — encompassing data aggregation and cleansing to insights, recommendations, and effective communication.
• Collect and analyze customer and product data to unveil trends, patterns, and opportunities that guide strategic decision-making.
• Conduct pricing and packaging analyses that align with EverPro’s strategic growth objectives.
• Assess the operational needs to implement strategic decisions — including researching pertinent systems, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, and critically evaluating trade-offs among various approaches.
• Convert findings into clear, concise presentations and recommendations that simplify complex analyses for easy understanding and action.
• Work collaboratively across teams, including BI, data analytics, finance, and product, to gather insights, validate assumptions, and ensure alignment.
• A minimum of 2–4 years of experience in areas such as strategy, growth, consulting, product marketing, financial analysis, or business and/or revenue operations.
• Experience in the SaaS or software industry is highly preferred.
• Comprehensive understanding of key SaaS metrics (ARR, churn, expansion metrics) is essential.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel is required — the ability to analyze data thoughtfully rather than accepting it at face value.
• Basic understanding of AI — capable of crafting effective prompts and integrating AI tools into daily tasks.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience is necessary.
• Direct experience with software/subscription pricing and packaging models is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with SaaS billing systems, CRMs, or BI tools — and the ability to leverage the data they produce.
• Experience in developing an AI workflow or agent to enhance efficiency.
• Intellectually curious: genuinely interested in uncovering root causes and addressing the right problems rather than merely completing tasks.
• Critical thinker: carefully scrutinizes data to validate conclusions, prioritizing accuracy over speed.

• Strong communicator: adept at distilling complex analyses into clear insights and making recommendations actionable.
