Growth Marketing Manager – Shopify, Funnels, Community, AI Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Take charge of our digital marketing ecosystem, overseeing everything from strategy to execution.

• Drive revenue growth through optimization of Shopify, email marketing, sales funnels, community building, influencer collaborations, webinar marketing, TikTok growth, and AI-driven marketing automation.

• Manage and consistently enhance our Shopify website.

• Create high-converting sales funnels.

• Take responsibility for all email marketing efforts.

• Oversee the entire webinar marketing process.

• Develop and implement our social media strategy.

• Spearhead our TikTok expansion efforts.

• Create and manage our influencer program.

• Cultivate and manage engaged customer communities.

• Utilize AI tools to boost marketing efficiency.

• Monitor and improve key performance indicators such as revenue, ROAS, CAC, LTV, website conversion rates, email revenue, webinar registrations, funnel conversion rates, TikTok growth, and community engagement.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital or growth marketing.

• Demonstrated experience with Shopify.

• Strong proficiency in Klaviyo.

• Experience in constructing sales funnels.

• Proven track record in conducting webinars.

• Experience in managing influencer marketing campaigns.

• Background in growing online communities.

• Excellent copywriting abilities.

• Strong analytical skills.

• Experience in health, wellness, supplements, or eCommerce is preferred.

• Familiarity with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads is preferred.

• Experience with TikTok Shop is preferred.

• Knowledge of AI marketing tools is preferred.

• Understanding of SEO, CRO, and GA4 is preferred.
