This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Create and implement partner marketing strategies that enhance growth, engagement, and revenue across significant trade partnerships.
• Convert business objectives and partner aspirations into practical marketing plans, campaigns, and suggestions.
• Establish and nurture robust relationships with partners, working closely with Business Development to advance account plans and mutual growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Revenue, Product, Creative, Project Management, and Operations teams to design and launch integrated marketing programs.
• Oversee partner marketing budgets, timelines, deliverables, reporting, and ROI assessment.
• Evaluate partner performance, advisor engagement, campaign outcomes, and market trends to uncover opportunities and refine marketing strategies.
• Communicate results, strategic suggestions, and growth prospects to internal stakeholders and partner organizations.
• Represent Collette at partner meetings, industry events, and trade functions.
• Keep track of industry trends, competitive actions, advisor insights, and partner priorities to guide future strategies.
• Promote continuous improvement through performance evaluation, innovation, and sharing of best practices.
• Supervise direct reports and assist with additional projects and responsibilities as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related discipline.
• 5–8+ years of experience in growth marketing, partnerships, sales, product marketing, or related fields with a demonstrated history of driving revenue growth.
• Understanding of partner marketing, account-based marketing, customer acquisition, lifecycle marketing, and revenue growth strategies.
• Preferred experience with consortia, host agencies, travel advisors, trade partners, or the travel and tourism industry.
• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to utilize data, market intelligence, advisor feedback, and performance insights to identify opportunities and achieve results.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasting ROI, and evaluating marketing effectiveness.
• Outstanding relationship-building, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing technologies, analytics platforms, and AI-enabled tools.
• Capability to influence cross-functional teams, think strategically, solve problems, and execute effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel for partner meetings, trade events, and internal collaboration as necessary.
