This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the lifecycle strategy across email and CRM, overseeing everything from onboarding to retention.
• Develop and manage segmentation frameworks tailored to various audiences, including consumers, educators, enterprises, and donors.
• Create and execute automated journeys linked to user activation and engagement.
• Enhance email list growth through acquisition strategies focused on value, such as content, tools, and community building.
• Oversee and optimize CRM and automation platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
• Establish and conduct testing across various lifecycle touchpoints.
• Take charge of social growth optimization strategies and tactics, emphasizing engagement quality and conversion across owned channels (IG, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, etc.).
• Develop repeatable systems for content distribution and audience acquisition.
• Collaborate closely with paid media to synchronize organic and performance initiatives.
• Experiment with and refine formats, cadence, and platform-specific strategies.
• Convert social engagement into quantifiable growth metrics (email, product, community).
• Manage the content calendar, publishing workflows, and coordination across channels.
• Create systems for organizing, tagging, and reusing content across lifecycle and social media.
• Align content delivery with various lifecycle stages and growth priorities.
• Ensure content is structured for consistent execution and effective performance tracking.
• Assist in tracking marketing performance across lifecycle and growth channels.
• Help maintain dashboards and reporting linked to essential community objectives.
• Ensure data integrity across CRM, campaign tools, and analytics platforms.
• Identify and implement enhancements in tooling, integrations, and workflows.
• 5-8+ years of experience in growth, lifecycle, or marketing performance roles.
• A proven track record in building marketing systems and automations.
• Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (such as Mailchimp, HubSpot) and integrating CRM with product or user data systems.
• Strong knowledge of segmentation, lifecycle design, and behavioral triggers.
• Experience in both DTC and B2B growth models (ecommerce, lead generation, or product-led).
• Data-fluent in AI, with comfort in using dashboards, conducting testing, and performing analysis of performance.
• Demonstrated experience in implementing new tools or processes to achieve growth outcomes.
• Familiarity with social platform dynamics and growth mechanisms.
• Must be eligible to work in the US without requiring sponsorship.
• Willingness to travel domestically on occasion.
