Growth Marketing Manager – iGaming

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Asia.

📋 Description

• Develop and optimize high-converting acquisition funnels across platforms such as Telegram, Discord, short-form video networks, and creator channels.

• Source and oversee a regional network of creators, video clippers, and community leaders utilizing CPA, Hybrid, and RevShare models.

• Take ownership of the entire user journey by testing landing pages and onboarding processes.

• Lower customer acquisition costs while enhancing long-term Customer Lifetime Value.

• Execute server-to-server tracking and custom code mapping across organic channels.

• Accurately attribute growth and safeguard budgets from low-quality or synthetic traffic.

• Collaborate with executive leadership to explore innovative acquisition strategies, such as interactive mini-apps and stream overlays.

• Ensure the platform remains at the forefront of regional trends throughout Southeast Asia.

• Proven experience in entrepreneurial growth marketing.

• Capability to construct acquisition funnels that extend beyond conventional paid advertising networks.

• Familiarity with creator ecosystems, dark social, and rapid experimentation methodologies.

• Proficient in recruiting and managing regional creators, clippers, and community leaders.

• Background in performance-based commercial models, including CPA, Hybrid, and RevShare.

• Experience in testing landing pages and onboarding processes.

• Understanding of customer acquisition cost and optimization of Customer Lifetime Value.

• Skilled in implementing server-to-server tracking and custom code mapping.

• Ability to recognize and address low-quality or synthetic traffic.

• Competence in piloting innovative acquisition strategies such as interactive mini-apps and stream overlays.
