Growth Marketing Manager – E-Commerce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Strategy for Lifecycle Marketing (LCM): Developing, designing, and implementing strategies to activate the Provider (Px) base (the buyers), transitioning them from inactive to first-time and repeat buyers.

• Ownership of the Marketing Calendar: Managing the Px marketing calendar, which includes planning, scheduling, and executing all seasonal campaigns, product launches, promotions, and LCM initiatives to enhance orders and GMV.

• E-Commerce Storytelling: Creating and executing continuous marketing campaigns and mass communications to ensure Providers discover appealing promotions, new products, and purchasing inspiration.

• Monitoring and Reporting: Tracking, analyzing, and reporting on the effectiveness of Px activation funnels and campaign outcomes. Enhancing future strategies based on performance metrics.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce growth marketing, digital marketing, lifecycle marketing, or CRM.

• A "player-coach" approach: You should be highly strategic while also ready to engage in hands-on tasks. You will serve as both the strategist and the executor of the campaigns.

• Demonstrated success in designing and executing activation funnels (e.g., journeys from inactive to regular buyers).

• Practical experience with marketing automation/CRM tools, capable of independently setting up, testing, and launching email, push, and SMS campaigns from the ground up (We utilize Iterable, but experience with tools like Synerize, SF Marketing Cloud, Bloomreach, or Braze is equally applicable).

• Strong skills in managing marketing calendars and crafting e-commerce stories.

• Advanced analytical abilities to assess funnel effectiveness and campaign ROI.

• Proficiency in both Polish and English.
