Growth Marketing Manager

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and cultivate the marketing team.

• Establish priorities, distribute workload, and ensure timely project delivery.

• Take charge of the marketing function and be responsible for its performance.

• Create effective marketing processes and workflows.

• Eliminate obstacles, resolve issues, and guarantee the team achieves measurable outcomes.

• Develop and implement the company's marketing strategy in collaboration with senior management.

• Transform business goals into marketing initiatives.

• Identify new growth opportunities, marketing channels, AI tools, and enhancements to processes.

• Continuously improve the marketing strategy based on data and outcomes.

• Collaborate with the team to implement SEO, paid advertising, content marketing, email marketing, website enhancements, and lead generation campaigns.

• Design and optimize landing pages, funnels, and marketing campaigns.

• Assess and enhance website performance, user experience, and conversion rates.

• Evaluate marketing performance and make improvements based on data.

• Step in whenever necessary to ensure successful project completion.

• Own the marketing funnel and consistently enhance lead generation.

• Define and track marketing KPIs.

• Analyze campaign performance and marketing ROI.

• Present marketing insights and recommendations to senior management.

• Promote a culture of testing and continuous improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English (C1 or above).

• Over 5 years of experience in digital marketing.

• More than 3 years of experience managing teams or marketing projects.

• Proven track record in developing and executing marketing strategies.

• Demonstrated capability to achieve measurable marketing results through a team.

• Strong knowledge of SEO, paid advertising, content marketing, email marketing, lead generation, and analytics.

• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and project management abilities.

• Highly analytical, proactive, and comfortable with taking ownership of results.

• Experience working in a remote setting.
