Growth Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Independent conception and management of performance marketing campaigns across all relevant channels

• Development and enhancement of our funnel tracking, attribution, and reporting setup

• Analysis of funnel metrics, cohorts, and conversion drivers — leading to specific optimization recommendations

• Strategically expand lead generation (including LinkedIn, paid, and organic methods)

• Ownership of our CRM setup (HubSpot), including lifecycle stages, segmentation, and reporting

• Establish and operate automation workflows (e.g., Make)

• Create dashboards, reports, and decision materials for founders and stakeholders

• Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the customer journey

• In the medium term: build and lead a growth team

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth, or marketing operations — ideally in a startup environment

• Proven successes in performance marketing and growth projects

• In-depth experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)

• Proficient with automation tools (Make, Zapier, etc.)

• Experience with lead generation platforms (LinkedIn, etc.)

• Background in business, economics, marketing, or related fields

• Experience in building or managing small teams is a plus
