This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Strategize, initiate, and oversee comprehensive marketing campaigns that span the awareness, consideration, decision, and retention phases.
• Ensure messaging and creative materials are aligned with the Head of Marketing and Marketing Specialist.
• Develop campaign briefs and manage schedules, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Identify target account lists and implement tailored Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns via email, paid media, and direct mail.
• Assess and enhance website conversion rates (CRO).
• Track and report on keyword positions, traffic patterns, and content deficiencies in collaboration with an agency.
• Implement paid search, social media, and retargeting campaigns, incorporating targeting, messaging, and creative testing strategies.
• Oversee campaign budgets while optimizing pipeline contributions and lead quality.
• Cultivate and expand the company's presence on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
• Organize and execute both in-person and virtual events, including webinars, roundtables, and trade shows.
• Manage event logistics, promotional materials, attendee engagement, and follow-up strategies.
• Collaborate with Sales to maximize event return on investment (ROI) and generate qualified leads.
• Define and report on campaign KPIs, including Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), conversion rates, Cost Per Lead (CPL), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and pipeline influence.
• Provide insights and recommendations to enhance future campaigns.
• Ensure lead handoff, attribution, and follow-up processes are efficient and trackable.
• Work collaboratively across departments with Sales, Product/Innovation, Revenue Operations, Client Services, and marketing partners.
• 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, concentrating on growth marketing, demand generation, or integrated campaigns.
• Demonstrated success in planning and executing multichannel campaigns, including ABM, paid media, events, SEO, and social media.
• Strong grasp of the B2B buyer journey, with the ability to align content and tactics to each stage of the funnel.
• Proficient in Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and SEO tools such as SEMrush, Google Analytics, and Search Console.
• Experience in managing logistics for in-person and virtual events from planning to post-event follow-up and ROI tracking.
• Capability to track KPIs such as MQLs, CPL, CAC, conversion rates, and campaign ROI, translating data into actionable insights.
• Strong project management abilities.
• Experience collaborating with Sales, Product, and Content teams.
• (Preferred) Hands-on experience with HubSpot (CRM and Marketing Hub).
• (Preferred) Background in language services, SaaS, or regulated sectors such as healthcare or government.
