This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Take charge of complete demand generation campaigns β from planning and segmentation to execution, follow-up, and performance analysis.
β’ Act as the main executor and advocate for best practices in Pardot, covering emails, landing pages, forms, smart lists, lead nurturing, and list management.
β’ Collaborate directly with the CMO and VP of Growth Marketing to convert business priorities into marketing automation strategies.
β’ Monitor and enhance lead conversion across the entire funnel β from MQL to Closed/Won β identifying drop-off points and implementing improvements.
β’ Work closely with the Business Development and Sales teams to create and uphold a high-impact campaign calendar.
β’ Generate and present regular performance reports that link marketing initiatives to pipeline and revenue results, facilitating more informed resource allocation over time.
β’ Foster a supportive work environment with colleagues, adhering to 11:11βs Code of Business Ethics and Company Values.
β’ Handle company data and information responsibly in accordance with Company data handling agreements, procedures, and policies.
β’ Review and comply with company policies and guidelines, including data privacy practices, annual compliance training certifications, and policy acknowledgments.
β’ Perform additional duties as assigned.
β’ A Bachelorβs Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience is required.
β’ At least 5 years of B2B or growth marketing experience, with a solid foundation in demand generation strategy and execution.
β’ Over 3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms like Pardot or HubSpot.
β’ Strong understanding of marketing funnel metrics, lead lifecycle management, and MQL-to-opportunity conversion processes.
β’ Excellent analytical skills with the ability to transform data into clear, actionable insights that enhance funnel performance at every stage.
β’ Highly organized and process-oriented, capable of managing multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
β’ A natural collaborator who fosters effective relationships across Sales, Sales Operations, and regional and global Marketing teams.
β’ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.
