This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• You will be tasked with creating a qualified pipeline and driving revenue growth through demand generation led by partnerships.

• Your performance will be evaluated based on the number of qualified opportunities established, pipeline generated, revenue influenced, and the sustainability of the systems you develop.

• Develop and expand a reliable pipeline generation engine utilizing affiliates, influencers, creators, podcasters, referral partners, strategic alliances, events, and industry connections.

• Generate qualified opportunities for the sales team and take responsibility for marketing-sourced pipeline and revenue.

• Manage the marketing budget allocation and channel strategy with an emphasis on ROI and revenue results.

• Create repeatable acquisition systems that lessen reliance on founder-led growth.

• Formulate website messaging, positioning, and content that enhance conversion rates and boost qualified inbound demand.

• Develop SEO, AEO, and LLM visibility strategies that lead to measurable pipeline growth.

• Leverage AI and automation to enhance output, improve efficiency, and establish scalable growth systems.

• Collaborate with leadership to set revenue targets, pipeline objectives, channel KPIs, and forecasting models.


⛳️ Requirements

• 4-7+ years of hands-on experience in B2B SaaS marketing, preferably in ecommerce, MarTech, affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or partnership marketing.

• Deep understanding of partnership-driven growth, referral programs, affiliates, creators, influencers, podcasters, events, and ecosystem-based growth.

• Demonstrated success in generating qualified pipeline and revenue through marketing initiatives.

• Experience in building marketing systems from the ground up within a fast-paced startup environment.

• Excellent skills in copywriting, positioning, website messaging, and content marketing.

• Familiarity with SEO, AEO, LLM visibility, and the ways buyers discover software through AI tools.

• AI-first operator who utilizes tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, or similar platforms to work more efficiently and produce superior results.

• A builder mindset with the capability to execute independently without heavy reliance on agencies, large teams, or a flawless playbook.
